Save Wise Club Membership & Save Wise Club Card Membership is a Newera Investments (Pty) Ltd trading as Save Wise Club, initiative which will incorporate a host of benefits and incentives, including but not limited to additional discount on “Deals”.
By joining Save Wise Club Membership, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions:
1. Who may join Save Wise Club?
1.1. Save Wise Club Membership is open to all registered Save Wise Club customers.
1.2. To enter Save Wise Club competitions you must be at least 18 years of age or have your guardian’s consent to enter the competition. Competition Terms & Conditions will be specific to each competition and therefore will be published with each competition.
2. Membership period
Your membership commences once you have received your membership notification via email and runs until such time as you either cancel / deregister, the Save Wise Club programme is terminated by Save Wise Club, or Save Wise Club terminates your membership due to breach of its terms & conditions or reasons believed appropriate by Save Wise Club.
2.1 Save Wise Club Card Membership:
2.1.1 You agree that should you wish to cancel your subscription, you would need to notify Save Wise Club one month prior to cancellation and return the Save Wise Club Card back to Save Wise Club, to which, the costs of shipping you will be liable for.
2.1.2 Should you fail to return the card back to Save Wise Club, You agree to be liable for all outstanding funds for the said subscription remaining duration until card expires, you further agree that should fail to make payment for any outstanding funds owed to Save Wise Club, you accept and agree to be handed over to a collection agency, to which you will be liable for all additional costs, including but not limited to collection, legal fees.
2.1.3 You agree and accept that Save Wise Club, will not be held responsible for any or all third-party issues that might arise this includes but not limited to, expired discounts & deals, poor customer service, financial transactions, products and so forth.
2.1.4 You agree and accept that Save Wise Cub Card is only a discount card and that the Save Wise Club Card may be used to receive discounts among many external service providers and vendors, however Save Wise Club does not guarantee Discounts as these discounts will solely be provided by these external vendors or services providers, Save Wise Club doesn’t own or is contracted to any of these external vendors and will not be responsible for any external issues.
2.1.5 You further agree and acknowledge that Save Wise Club has partnered with many external vendors, service providers and that these vendors, service providers have their own policies, terms and conditions and Save Wise Club will not be held responsible for any claims, refunds, cancellations regarding external services, products or deals set forth by these external entities.
2.1.6 You also agree that should you wish to request a refund or cancel any said service or product; you agree to aim your request directly to the said service provider or vendor.
3. How to Join
3.1 Navigate to the product page and select your membership option (monthly or annual).
3.2 Check out using a valid credit or debit card. Please note that your selected card will be stored for billing purposes only. Save Wise Club does not store this information and cannot view the card details. Card details are stored in a secure vault with a third party payment platform.
4. Charges & Billing
4.1 Monthly Club membership costs R65 per rolling-calendar-month and is renewed automatically.
4.1.1 Monthly Club Card membership costs R99 per rolling-calendar-month and is renewed automatically.
4.2 Annual Club membership costs R650 per rolling 12-month period and is renewed automatically unless a cancellation request is submitted.
4.2.2 Annual Club Card membership costs R999 per rolling 12-month period and is renewed automatically unless a cancellation request is submitted.
4.3 Cancellation of membership must be submitted to admin@savewiseclub.co.za
4.4 You will be billed in advance on a monthly basis, on the last day of the relevant month.
4.4.1 If you sign up between the 1st and the 15th of the month, you will be billed upfront on day of sign up, and again on the 30th of that same month.
4.4.2 If you sign up between the 16th and the end of the month, you will be billed upfront on day of sign up, and then at the end of the following month.
4.5 If you cancel your account, then you will have access to paid-for benefits, up to but not including the date on which your account would have renewed.
4.5.1 30 days’ notice is required for cancellation of your monthly Club & Club Card membership.
4.5.2 Please note that cancellation of your membership may take up to 48 hours to process.
4.6 No refunds on Club & Club Card membership fees are available, unless specifically negotiated with Save Wise Club management.
4.7 Annual subscription fees are only refundable within the first 30 days after date of purchase, on a pro rata basis, and taking the 30-day notice period into account.
4.8 Save Wise Club reserves the right to alter the monthly membership dues on a month-to-month basis.
4.9 Save Wise Club reserves the right to offer bulk discount and special pricing to members, or groups of members, as it deems fit.
4.10 Coupons and credits cannot be used to pay for Club & Club Card membership.
5. Special Offers, Discounts, and Prizes
5.2 All valid members will be eligible to redeem special offers, and/or additional discount on deals when they are available on Save Wise Club.
5.3 From time-to-time notifications of special offers will be communicated via email. By registering an account members agree to receive marketing communication relating to Save Wise Club Membership.
6. General
6.1 Monthly Club & Club Card Membership renews on a rolling-monthly basis.
6.2 Save Wise Club is not liable for any costs incurred by members in claiming or utilizing any special offer, discount or giveaway.
6.3 All risk of using the special offer, discount or prize shall pass to the member and be in conjunction with Save Wise Club’s Terms & Conditions & Rules.
6.4 If Save Wise Club & Club Card Membership is terminated all of Save Wise Club’s obligations in regard to Save Wise Club & Club Card Membership including outstanding benefits that have not been issued or redeemed shall be nullified.
6.5 In the event of a dispute in regard to any aspect of the Save Wise Club programme and/or these terms and conditions, Save Wise Club decision will be final, and binding and no correspondence may be entered into.
6.6 Save Wise Club is entitled in its entire discretion to reject any membership or participant if it believes there has been any irregular, fraudulent or mala fide conduct by, or on behalf of, such member, and will not be obliged to notify applicants of their Club & Club Card membership being rejected.
6.7 If Save Wise Club & Club Card Membership is held to be or becomes unlawful or if Save Wise Club is required by the Minister of Trade and Industry or the National Consumer Commission to alter any aspect of the programme, Save Wise Club reserves the right to suspend or terminate the programme immediately and without notice, in which event all participants agree to waive any rights that they may have in terms of the Save Wise Club programme and benefits received, or what are due and accept that no recourse will lie against Save Wise Club.
6.8 Special offers, prizes or discounts are not for resale. If discovered, you’ll be prosecuted within the parameters of the law.
6.9 From time-to-time Save Wise Club may offer other special offers, discounts & specials which may have their own terms & conditions.
6.10 As a member you authorize Save Wise Club to use your name and picture to promote the Save Wise Club both online and in print without any recourse or claim in whatever form from you or any other person or organization.
6.11 Save Wise Club reserves the right to place restrictions on any parts of Save Wise Club, its benefits, competitions, or prizes and usage.
6.12 Subscription to this service will allow you access to exclusive coupons and discounts, however, Save Wise Club will not be held accountable for coupons and discounts that have expired or unredeemable due to the merchant’s discretion, as you agree and acknowledge that Save Wise Club is purely acting as the intermediary/agent for the Merchant and any or all issues arising, should be addressed directly to the said merchant.
6.12.1 In the event that you should encounter such issues on our website, you have the right to bring this issue to our attention and Save Wise Club will look into resolving the issue with the merchant, however, should we be unsuccessful with our attempts, Save Wise Club consider removing such content until further notice. Save Wise Club, however, will not be entitled to relate such information to you.
7. Non-Liability
To the full extent permitted by law:
7.1 Save Wise Club is not liable for any technical failures affecting participation in the Save Wise Club programme. Save Wise Club, its associated companies, agents, contractors and any of its personnel involved in Save Wise Club programme, assume no liability whatsoever for any direct or indirect loss or damage, death or injury arising from participation in the programme or from using the rewards or for any loss or damage, death or injury howsoever arising.
7.2 Save Wise Club assumes no liability whatsoever for any registration that has been omitted from participation for any reason whatsoever.
7.3 Save Wise Club may in its sole discretion amend these terms and conditions at any time, without notice, and such amendment shall be deemed to have taken effect from the date of publication of the revised terms and condition on its website.
7.4 Save Wise Club reserves the right to cancel, suspend or terminate Save Wise Club programme, without notice at any time and no liability shall lie against Save Wise Club, in favour of any participant or third party arising from such cancellation, suspension or termination.
